| This is the one I received Citron Eucalyptus I opened the package right away and went to work on my feet. They have needed some tender loving care for quite some time. Keeping in mind I have flat feet and they are not just flat they are extremely flat. My feet all both them are constantly touching the ground. They get sore, cracked, dry and callused very easily. I followed the instructions and went to work. The Spongeables PEDI-SCRUB comes with 2 different sides. I don't suffer from flat feet. I have the opposite problem with way too high of arches so I don't stand on much of my foot. My fiance however has flat feet and we have to keep up on his alot.
I have terribly calloused feet that I don't take care of like I should.
I lotion my feet daily, I also swim 4 days a week, which seems to help keep them soft. I like giving them a scrub with some type of abraisive like a sugar or body scrub.

I don't suffer from flat feet, but I'm on my feet 10 hours a day or so. I really do need to start taking better care of them. All I really do now is lotion every day.

I don't know if I would say that I have flat feet, but I am pretty close to it.. A lot of my relatives suffer from flat feet as well. I exfoliate my feet and moisturize with lotion. Calluses are prevalent with me because I have a hard time finding a shoe that fits.. I'm size 5.5 or 6, or somewhere in between really, so It's either a little too small or a bit too big. Plus, I have "wide" size, so I'm kind of an oddball to shop for. ><

could really use this! and the eucalyptus sounds wonderful (one of my favorite scents!)....my feet are so dry and cracked especially in the winter (my husband actually uses them to scratch :( ....)

I use a sugar scrub on my feet to keep them soft. I let them go after I had my son. I need to get it back.
