I have cooked with it, used it on my hands and have taken it 1 Tbsp orally simply for better health. I do not know that it is better for your health as some claim but I feel It certainly added a bit of energy to my step. I feel more energized when taking this oil.
Some recipes and some meals I have made
with Tropical Traditions Coconut Oil
- Cooked my salmon and other fish in this oil - Taste is absolutely more rounded and flavourful without a doubt. Just love it on Salmon especially.

- I've also used the coconut oil in my chicken recipes to add a hint of tropical to my chicken and again another Tropical Traditions home run.
These are just a few of the ways I have cooked with this oil and plan on trying it in other cooking methods and recipes. I have a great palette as I am also a chef so this is definitely a big thumbs up.

Its Impacts on the environment are minimal, it tastes absolutely incredible and your recipes will have that added spark that other oils simply just cannot give.
