Avacodo is one of the items on a diabetics list of foods that I use a lot of. Sandwiches, spreads, dips, as a garnish on soups or stews. But my favorite is on the side with chips, sour cream and salsa. Diabetis is nasty,b ut with this I get to eat something I love.
