I only take multi vitamins, iron and B12. I do not absorb B12.

I take vitamins C & D, as well as Omega3 Fish Oils and Acidophilous. I started taking supplements because my family members were, but soon after I felt the positive effects and didn't want to stop!

Yes, I take multivitamins and fish oil capsules sometimes. I would like to be better at taking fish oil/omega3 supplements every day for inflammatory reasons.

I take iron. I take it because I am anemic, but I try to supplement my diet better first. I only use the iron if I am feeling faint but most of the time, I get it from my diet.
